Tanya (Tan) Moore, a native of Virginia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology & English from Norfolk State University and a Masters degree in Human Resource Management with a concentration in Organizational Development. Tanya is known as the expert and leader in “Relationship Building” and her ability to drive change within people and organizational structures. Tanya is the CEO of Topnotch & Co and Founder of Make Justice Healing Incorporated. She has coached 1000’s of individuals & businesses to reach new levels of success by providing them strategic goals and training to implement sustainable change. Tanya has also been booked to speak professionally at conferences & workshops, and interviewed on tv shows, & podcast about her success.

Tanya believes that all levels of success and greatness begin within so having the right mindset, habits, behaviors, & resources are the essential keys to success. She uses a holistic coaching technique, development methodologies, and her proven Big Switch framework to help clients achieve their goals. Tanya brings over 15 years of corporate experience in Leadership, Organizational Development, Change Management, Career Coaching plus 8 years in the public education system. Her clients achieve fulfillment in their personal & professional lives; from classrooms, to conference stages & more she has the gift of IMPACT.

What makes Tanya so diverse in coaching is her many layers of life experiences and studies. She’s worked in a trade space as a cosmetologist & culinary entrepreneur, has degrees and experience in education & business and is also very big on community building which is proven through her Non profit foundation. She became so passionate about mentoring and coaching others along her journey that she decided to launch her own consulting firm to scale her business to reach global audiences and demand.
